Meeting held 27^th September 1999

Societies asked to consider a proposal that annual accounts be submitted on either a voluntary or compulsory basis to County prior to 1^st September each year. Response here needed for the next meeting on 25^th November 1999.

The annual quiz is on 3^rd November 1999 with each society, whether in attendance or not, being levied with a £5.00 charge for acquisitions of raffle prizes. Problems have occurred in the past where some societies have not appreciated the need to bring a prize.

The quiz committee need confirmation as to whether or not a team will be in attendance, response yes/no, by 24^th October 1999. There is a need to have three members in the team with their County registration numbers supplied.
