These are the salient points of the above meeting.
a) The acting Chairman opened by mentioning David Crick's MSA award evening on 18th September 2000
b) There are two advanced development groups initiated by County. David Crick Is looking into the make-up of the lists and whether there is any delay in advising those who appear on it.
c) I have available a brochure titled Advice on the Application of the Laws of the Game. Apparently, this is only of value to those of us who were examined over 5 years ago. More copies are available if need be.
d) Most of you will have received a pamphlet on Portable Goalposts. This remains an ongoing saga and is subject to liasion between various bodies.
e) The allowance for any personal hearing is £5 meal and 22p per mile and not as previously stated. If you go as a witness ensure the referee claims on your behalf as County will only re-imburse if you have submitted a report.
f) If you applied for promotion last season you will shortly get an assessment unless you were under Division 1 and successful.
g) The RA have indicated a total opposition to the Golden Goal Rule within the County although accept some competitions have already written it into there rules
h) Following Conference 4/2001. Under 18 members will only pay half fee to RA

j) Do not allow rolling substitutes in County Youth matches

l) Slight amendment to County 5-a-side rules - restart with kick-off not drop ball
m) Insurance payment is for a fixed period of time. Confirmation of period to follow
n) Are all Societies receiving RA supplies within reasonable period?
