Magazine Editor
One edition to go of the current format of the Touchlines as David was discontinuing as editor for business reasons.  This last edition still needs copy.  Also required is someone to take over the reins.  Example was shown of other societies' newsletter in simple A4 photocopied sheets stapled together.  So the format does not have to look "professional" to be effective.  A4 sheets would be also be cheap to produce.  David was willing to supply envelopes, labels and paper at a considerable reduction in cost.

RA Delegate
The 6-a-side had already been mentioned earlier in the Secretary's report.
The levels of referee were discussed as was itemised in the Training Officers' report.
Subscriptions were due.
The society was canvassed as to our support of the County Quiz. The meeting held the view that we should not to save not only embarrassment in our cancellation but also the cost of the fine should we pull out at the last minute.  Our participation in recent years has been minimal.
