at Sutton Utd. F.C. ground with 21 members present.

Brian Thornton, John Kasey, Steve Rogers and Mark Patterson.

Minutes of previous meeting.
The details of which have been published within the current issue of the Society Magazine were accepted by members present and duly signed by the Chairman.

Matters arising.  None.

Hon-Secretary Report/Correspondence.
Would like to receive as many e-mail addresses as possible from members.

The RA quiz was cancelled, unfortunately not enough teams from other societies applied.

Would like to form a five-aside football team for next year's competition, which will be held on the 7
th January at the Woking leisure centre.  All players must be members of the RA.

Received an e-mail from David Crick regarding the 2001 USA Cup which will take place in Minnesota between July 12 and 21
st.  This is a colossal event each year with many different age groups participating.  Matches are from 07.30 to 20.30 hrs each day.  One is not expected to officiate all day, the norm is two lines and one middle per day.  Whilst one has to pay one's own air fare (cheapest £349.00 +taxes) subsidised accommodation is readily available and match fees start at $10 a line and $18 a middle, for the lowest age group; rising to $14 and $22 for the top matches.  You could probably earn $500 for the tournament.  Anyone interested should contact the UK Co-ordinator, Kevin Jones of Merthyr Tydfil on 01685350692 or KevinRJones1@compuserve.com.  Or contact David Crick.

Agreed actions by member Societies.
In order to allow the County Association to run smoothly, member societies have agreed over the years that they will have a standard approach to various matters.  In order that these don't get forgotten, you will find them recorded below.

1. If a Society produces a magazine or newsletter, a copy of every edition is sent to the County RA Secretary at the same time as they are distributed

to members.
2. Societies will ensure all their members get each edition of the County RA Newsletter within a reasonable time of it being received to enhance     dissemination of information.
3. By the end of April each year, provide the County RA Secretary with a Society Membership List (as at 31
st March)
4. Unless inviting the FA or County FA to a social function, meeting or similar, Societies will not communicate directly with the FA or County FA as the Association has a formal conduit for business with those organisations.  Societies should write to the Association Secretary who will ensure the matter is aired in an appropriate and timely manner.

The WONFAS project as mentioned in the magazine stands for Web Orientated Nation-wide Football Administration system.  The project is all about computerising and streamlining the football organisation from the very top levels to the lowest levels. It is hoped that by July next year the league administration software package and the County and league web-site will be available.  The County administration software and National Football Administration extra-net will be available by next September.  National Participants database which will contain the names of all footballers, referees and officials in every league at every level; will be available between July 01 and June 02.
