Training Officers-Report. Next class starts on 15th January 2001 at Cheam High School at 7.30pm SCRATOC still needs examiners. An examiner can be any class of referee and you would only need to do a couple of evenings a year. Training is on the job, i.e. you sit in with other examiners to learn the ropes. Examiners are provided with both the relevant questions and answers. SCRATOC will have a stand at the Surrey County Show on 28th May 2001 SCRATOC have been tasked to examine possible rule changes to cater for rolling substitute situations as in Vets and Youth football matches. Information now received re the sending off of players at a penalty shoot out. If this occurs the other team will reduce their number of players so that both teams have the same number on the field. The choice of who leaves the field for the non-offending team is theirs.
Supplies Officer. Declined to give an indication of how much stock held, but rumour has it that there is plenty of stock. Martin did display a new RA shirt with both the County badge and the Society Badge woven onto the two breast pockets. The shirt is of very good quality and the two badges look very professional and Martin will take orders which he can supply in about a month - order one meeting and get it the next. He can also supply an individual Sutton Society badge for jumpers, blazers etc,
